How soon can you install after I approve the quote?
Typically within 1–7 days depending on weather and schedule. Peak season fills quickly—booking early helps lock in your preferred date.
What’s included in your service?
Design consultation, premium commercial-grade LEDs (warm-white by default), pro installation, maintenance, takedown, and storage. Add-ons: trees, bushes, path lights, wreaths, and garlands.
What colour are available for the lights?
We offer Red, Blue, Orange, Green, Yellow, Purple, Cool White, and Warm White. The most common colour is Warm White.

Do you supply the lights?
Yes, We lease you the lights. We provide premium, commercial-grade lights that are brighter, longer-lasting, and safer than store-bought options. They’re included with every package — so you don’t have to worry about tangled cords or missing bulbs.
What if I want to buy the lights?
Absolutely. We can sell you the lights, it would cost more in the first year and then we pass the savings to you in the years after.
What is the benefit of leasing vs buying?
With leasing, we own the lights, if anything were to go wrong with them we fix it at no additional cost. If you want to change the pattern for future years that comes at no additional cost to you. We store the lights for you. You do not have to worry about warranties or anything, we take care of it.
With buying, you get to store your lights, we only install. If there is any issue with the bulbs we charge a $100 callout fee to fix the bulbs after 3 seasons. If you decide to change the colours, there is a fee per bulb change. If you were to move, we would charge a fee for adding more lights.
What if a bulb goes out mid-season?
Our 48-hour Service Guarantee means we’ll replace it quickly at no cost. You’ll never be left with a dark patch during the holidays.
Is there a warranty or maintenance?
We include a mid-season check on request and replace failed bulbs/sections promptly. If a storm knocks something loose, we’ll fix it—just let us know. We provide a 3 season warranty on purchased lights.
How do payments and scheduling work?
We take a deposit to reserve your date, with balance on completion. You’ll receive a clear estimate, schedule confirmation, and reminders.
Can we book as neighbours?
Yes! With our Neighbor Boost, if three or more homes in a 1km radius book together, everyone gets a credit. Plus, our Referral Pair gives you and your friend $100 credit-back each after install. If you see us on-site and you book with us, you get 10% off.
What if it rains or snows on my install day?
We work safely in light rain. For high winds, heavy rain, or ice, we’ll reschedule to the earliest safe window and keep you updated.
